Business Name: Cloth and Twine LLC, doing business as Felter’s Flock
Website: https://feltersflock.pro

Welcome to Felter’s Flock! By visiting or making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms below. We’ve written them in plain English so you’ll know exactly what to expect when you shop, learn, and create with us.

1. Who We Are

Felter’s Flock is part of Cloth and Twine LLC, a North Carolina–based creative business that offers online and in-person felting courses, digital downloads, community memberships, and felting kits. We lovingly create and curate woolly things that inspire creativity and connection.

2. Using This Website

All content on this website — including text, photos, videos, designs, patterns, ideas, and course materials — is created and owned by Cloth and Twine LLC (unless otherwise noted).

You’re welcome to use our patterns and projects for personal enjoyment and gift-making, but please do not copy, distribute, or sell our designs, instructions, or finished items made from our original patterns for commercial purposes without written permission.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase or sign up for a class.

3. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at checkout through our secure payment processor. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

4. Shipping and Returns

We do our best to package your woolly treasures with care and send them out promptly.

Returns:

You may return unopened kits and ready-to-ship products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order.

To start a return, please contact us at [add contact email].

No returns or refunds are accepted for:

Online or in-person courses

Digital downloads or eBooks

Custom orders

5. Courses and Digital Content

When you purchase an online course or download, you receive personal access only — it’s just for you. Please don’t share your login, videos, or materials with others.

All sales for digital and online courses are final once access is granted.

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a course or community area if they behave disrespectfully or violate our community guidelines (see below).

6. Intellectual Property and Creative Rights

All ideas, patterns, designs, written materials, and creative concepts shared through Felter’s Flock and Cloth and Twine LLC are the intellectual property of the owner, Annette Ringeisen, and are protected under copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, or share these materials — in whole or in part — for commercial purposes.
If you’d like to teach, sell, or publish anything inspired by our work, please reach out for written permission first. We love collaboration done the right way.

7. Community Guidelines

Felter’s Flock is a warm and welcoming space. By joining our online community or classes, you agree to treat others with kindness, respect, and encouragement.

No bullying, spam, or inappropriate content, please. We believe creativity grows best in a safe and supportive environment.

8. Our Responsibility

We do our best to make sure our content and kits are accurate, safe, and inspiring. However, crafting always involves some personal responsibility — sharp needles, hot water, and other tools should be used with care.

We’re not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from use of our products, kits, or materials beyond what is required by law.

9. Privacy and Communication

We respect your privacy. Any information you share with us is used only to process your orders, provide class access, and share updates you’ve opted into (like our newsletter). You can unsubscribe at any time.

We never sell or share your information with outside companies.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website, and the effective date will be noted at the top.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of our site are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
